MT mot Series - Märzhäuser Wetzlar

Motorized measuring stages of the MT mot series guarantee high-precision measurements up to a range of travel of 600 x 600 mm. In addition, the measuring stages of the model range MT mot MR are equipped with Märzhäuser’s MR measuring system.

With corresponding mounting holes or special adaptors these stages can also be adapted to various other systems. The integrated electronic specification plate ETS enables automatic identification of the scanning stage as well as the parametrization of the TANGO controller.
